UPDATE: 21 States Now Support Texas SCOTUS Lawsuit, 42% of America to Sue 8% of America
National File ^

With today’s additions of Wyoming and Ohio, a total of 21 states – including Texas – are signed on or seek to be signed on to the Supreme Court lawsuit challenging the elections in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Since Texas filed the suit, over 20 states have joined or expressed an interest in joining. As it now stands, the following states are seeking a Supreme Court remedy to the November 3 election: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Indiana, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, West Virginia, and Florida.20+ states (red) seek to sue four battleground states (blue)

Late last night in Idaho, the Republican Party overruled the state’s Attorney General, also a Republican, to file an amicus brief seeking to participate in the lawsuit, as Media Right News reported.

Wyoming announced its likely participation in the lawsuit this morning, with the state’s lawmakers sending a letter to the governor that requests the state’s Attorney General to participate in the lawsuit.

Lawmakers in Wyoming have indicated their official participation is forthcoming, with Wyoming Sen. Bo Biteman writing “The Governor responded to my email within minutes and has asked the Attorney General to look into the matter. Stay tuned!”

Yeah, but the States arguing against it are asking the Court not to get involved.

Point being that if the states in question win, all you will get from the Supreme Court is another one liner:

“We decline to hear the case.”

And in tiny print under that, imperceptible to the human eye will be the words:

“Have we behaved enough for you not to stack the court? Will you please leave us alone. We promise to be good.”

Still reminding me of the early chapters in History of the Civil War books. States and territories lining up against each other on opposite sides.

Dems think this is where we will just give up, shrug and say “welcome President Elect Biden” and “better luck next century” when there’s an honest election with honest vote counting someday.

BS

Iowa has a dem 77 year-old AG Tom Miller and doesn’t like Trump. Says he doesn’t have any evidence. So there’s that.

There is a difference between signing on as a plantiff, and filing a amicus curiae brief in support of one side of a case. As far as I know, Texas is the plantiff and the other states are just filing in support of Texas.

Iowa should be on that list.

Should as in the list is inaccurate, or should as Iowa should get itself in gear?

I don’t really understand why this took a month and a week to get to this point… But I guess I’m glad we are here

I am thinking timing, I believe the elections in those states needed to be certified, once that was done, it was an illegal act because those elections didn’t follow the law.

I believe this lawsuit is our only REAL chance

The fraud is very technical and will require years of investigations, hearings, etc to get figured out and you will need a law enforcement agency on board as well or it all means nothing. I stated early on that wasn’t going to work

MESSAGE TO SUPREME COURT JUSTICES:

You must find the wisdom, courage, dedication, and devotion to duty to save the United States of America.

You must find the wisdom, courage, dedication, and devotion to duty that the American boys found when they walked directly into machine gun fire on the beaches of Normandy in 1944, when they raised the American Flag on Mount Suribachi.

The American People, the People of the World, all future generations await your decision. Their fate is in your hands.

You hold the destitiny of America. You hold the destiny of the world.

You must be worthy of the enormous responsibility that has been thrust upon you.

Do not fail.

Do not fail us.

Do not fail America.

Godspeed!

You have a point..but Biden, the placeholder, would be too old then.

This guy, who is asking for a pardon, is releasing more info about Judge Sullivan and saying he was in on the heist..

Most Democrats do not believe there was any cheating. Even if you rub their nose on it they just deny it happened.

My gov and AG in Idaho have to test the wind direction first, but in order to do that, they have to pull their head out of the ass.

"Silly question, I think, but can individuals add their names to the Republican lawsuit?"

I'm not a lawyer, but bill them by the hour. I'm not certain if a private individual might join the case, but do keep in mind, at least part of the rational of this being filed by Texas is that Constitutionally, disputes between the states go directly to the SCOTUS, so there are no lower district or appellate court filings, appeals, etc. A case between states goes directly to SCOTUS. No individual enjoys this privilege, although I would think that would not necessarily exclude and individual from joining (especially provided they were not a citizen of one of the states that has already joined).
