She’s great. Lovely and dignified.
It is all breathtaking and beautiful. So is Melania.
MSM scum skunks said her decorations were dark and ugly.
“what is that kitchen room? is that in the private residence?”
It’s the China Room in the White House.
I had to look up the China Room.
Began in 1917 as a place to store display china used by the various presidents. Has a fireplace (probably what the arm chair is facing).
I like the display as a cozy kitchen. The books and stuff on the table is a nice touch. “Honey, I know you like to read by the fire - but stop leaving your books on the kitchen table where I’m trying to work!”
Gorgeous!
I would accept a basement. I could move in there with my tent, and like, artificial turf so I wasn’t on concrete.
A decorator from the FR HQ area (Fresno, CA) helped with the decorating:

Maybe next year.....
Yellow ribbons...bring them home? :)
Probably an ice box
I hope you get it!
Absolutely beautiful!! Thank you so much for this thread :-)
Hope you don't mind... thought I'd add this to your thread:
Watch HGTV's White House Christmas 2020 *today only* at 6:00 - 7:00 pm ET on HGTV.
Note: This is a show about Christmas decorations / design at the White House for this Christmas season... not a political show.
Pinging a few FRiends here...
Thanks, FRiend.
I set my DVR last night....for tonight’s HGTV program. Don’t want to miss it!!
Thanks for the ping! :)
Thanks for the ping. I’ll be in church, but I hope to get to watch a re-run somewhere.
Beautiful and tasteful. So are the Christmas decorations. 😊
I will watch, thanks for the heads up!
Thank you!
Same here. It's always a fun and interesting show... amazing how FAST all those incredibly beautiful trees and decorations go up at the White House... just 3 days or so. Of course there are a LOT of employees and volunteers doing the work. ;-)
I was disappointed they didn't show the Christmas decorations at the Vice President's residence this year though.
