Dershowitz is right.. she has to put up. States are certifying their results.. if this goes too far it won’t matter what she has... you can’t overturn an electoral college vote.. no precedence for it.
Dershowitz was polite but said as it stands now, he doesn’t see this being reversed for Trump.
He quite accurately said you will have to prove enough votes have to change in each of these states, scattered reports are not going to do it.

Just watched the Powell interview. If she’s right and has the goods she’s promised, this is going to have seismic repercussions. This is much bigger than the re-election of the president. And if true, there should be prison terms and maybe even a few hangings. And I wouldn’t rule out a civil war.
Do people honestly believe that this team is blowing smoke just to hear themselves speak? Do you think that President Trump is holding out because of ego or just a possibility of success?
That team is comprised of the finest and they're not politicians. I trust them because their actions speak louder than words and so do their past successes. They know what they're doing. Powell and Guliani are both former federal prosecutors. Pam Bondi former AG, Sekulow has won nearly every case he's been involved in in front of the Supreme Court, not to mention Lin Wood's successes against the media giants. Rinse, repeat: They know what they're doing.

Side Bar: My wife and I both have never owned a gun or any firearm in our lives (We are both 80 years old). We have no intention of purchasing any firearm and we will never mocve forward to obtain firearms.
But...I recently learned that all of our Children, Grand Children and their boy friends & girl friends have recently purchased high powered fire arms (Pistols) and all of them (Thirty people) have attended classes and instructions as to how to use these weapons properly in self-defense!!!
