Agree. Once the electoral college votes are cast on Dec 14th its a done deal. The supreme court will not overturn that. So her and Rudy have 21 days to release the Kraken or get all of this overwhelming evidence in front of a judge.

Yep. Putting all the evidence out to the public will just taint the evidence before it gets to court.
People that “know” lawyers saying they need to put up or shut up don’t know lawyers. Lawyers have certain legal and ethical (I know, that’s hard to swallow) constraints. If they want to be disbarred or sanctioned then all they have to do is the evidence dump the people on here and out in the world are taunting them to do.
Good lawyers don’t say more than they need to until after the case.

While the election hasn’t been certified, and the results are pending litigation, the media has effectively crowned Joe Biden the victor in the 2020 election, and voters have some strong opinions on the matter.
Right. I was listening to Sidney Powell the other day and she emphatically stated also that they do not have to prove ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’. That standard does not apply here, although it is sounding more and more like they have fit that standard.
We DO NOT HAVE election results!
Good lawyers might very well not reveal all their evidence until required in a legal proceeding.
Sydney chose to give an interview, and in that interview she was asked what evidence she has. In most cases, she answered and in ways which indicate that she thinks the evidence we’ve heard is sufficient.
She also said things like she “thinks” thousands of people must have been involved in a nationwide conspiracy. That was an extremely foolish thing to say. Unless she has evidence of it. I hope she has.
She talks a LOT about what Hugo Chavez did. She is expressing outrage that the Dominion system was used. Maybe that’s justified but she needs to go way beyond that, and soon.
We will all know within a few weeks at most.

Sidney Powell mentioned the affidavits and other evidence were online and she would be putting more online. I’ve been looking around but the internet is full of so much crap about Sidney Powell and the election I can’t find this website. Anyone have it handy?
You appear to have many doubts about Ms. Powell but how much legal experience do you have? I think you may be better served to stick to what you know and let the lawyers handle this. (BTW, I’m not a lawyer either)
Although even for me it’s pretty obvious from how their team is approaching this that they expect this to eventually end up in the SCOTUS. They have to take these pathways through each state just to assure that each case is brought through the higher courts. None of these states are going to over-turn their current counts based on any judgments or presentations by the Trump legal team. Even if they did admit to extensive fraud, what legal relief can these States/Governors provide? Another election?
No, this presidency will be decided in the Supreme Court...
There is always a chance that this will fail but it won’t be the fault in how Ms. Powell presents the case or the Trump team handles the case. It will be because the people in power in this nation are corrupt or spineless.
The police, or rather the prosecution, has to reveal every bit of its evidence to the defense, long before going to court.
In a civil case, ALL evidence is revealed to both sides long before the trial.
I’m not saying Sydney Powell has to reveal anything in an interview. All I’m saying is, I listened to her words and she did not indicate she has much additional evidence.
I hope she has all the evidence she needs.
