Dershowitz is right.. she has to put up. States are certifying their results.. if this goes too far it won’t matter what she has... you can’t overturn an electoral college vote.. no precedence for it.

Agree. Once the electoral college votes are cast on Dec 14th its a done deal. The supreme court will not overturn that. So her and Rudy have 21 days to release the Kraken or get all of this overwhelming evidence in front of a judge.

Actually, you are not correct.

The year was 1876, and Congress voted on straight party lines (one vote per state) and chose a President one day before the expiration of President Grant's term.

Technically they were not "overturning" the electoral college vote, they were just not accepting it and were replacing it with their own vote.
