Notice it does not say that there were no fraud or stealing. I’m hoping they mean that the system was able to count only legal votes (behind the scenes) while giving the cheaters the numbers that wanted on the surface.

He is talking apples and oranges. CISA deals with the cyber and as far as they are concerned the cyber side worked fine. The cheating at least in PA involves mail in ballots and the same may be true in WI and MI. Computers are garbage in garbage out. Saying they worked as they were supposed does not address the garbage in.
