Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Rechargeable, HEPA 13 filtration, replaceable parts,
functional in a shirt pocket.
Most of the other available designs are inferior for various
reasons. These actually work. (At least for the smoke... ;-)
Truth be told, I was in the process of making my own powered
solution, when I found these. I’ve played around and added
UV-C Photocatalytic and Carbon filtration to one, just for
fun. Someone should run with that while the market is hot...
