A former US Navy pilot is opening up about his infamous alleged UFO sighting off the coast of California in 2004.
Commander David Fravor said he witnessed a Tic Tac-shaped object in the sky in November 10, 2004 performing extraordinary aerial maneuvers that he said no modern human technology was capable of.
'This is not like we saw it and it was gone or I saw lights in the sky and it's gone we watched this thing on a crystal clear day with four trained observers,' Fravor said in a sit-down interview with Russian-American YouTuber and MIT researcher Lex Fridman on September 8.
He said the phenomena committed an 'act of war' by jamming the military's radar when they tried to trace it.
*snip*
After landing Fravor mentioned the UFO to colleague Chad Underwood who successfully located the unidentified object to get video on his radar. But when he attempted to trace the shape, the flying object jammed the radar.
'When he first sees [the object] he gets an energy lock on it. When he goes to lock it up, now hes putting a bunch of energy on it. Hes telling the radar, "Stare down the line of sight, whatever is there I want you to grab it and build a trace file on it," which will tell you where it is, how fast it is and the direction that its going,' Fravor said.
'The radar is smart enough that when the signal comes back if it's been messed with, it will tell you - it will give you indications that it's being jammed .... It's being jammed into about every mode you can see ... You can tell it's being jammed.
'When you actively jam another platform, yes its technically an act of war,' he added.

Maybe they were looking for food and drink.
Are you referencing David Icke?
Cruise missiles dont maneuver like that.
The article has video.
In one of the videos you can hear one of the pilots say there’s a whole fleet of them (Tic-Tac UFO’s) below them as they focused on the one they locked the radar on in front of them.
Oh, there's lots of videos that show exactly ... nothing.
That's rather stupid. How can nothing create an act of war?
Have you ever witnessed a jammed military transmission? Have you ever reported a MIJI? I have and it isn't a very high level of technology.
Cruise missile moving that slow in the video and then accelerating? Don't think so.
I’m speculating that real aliens would somehow cloak their ship so our technology couldn’t see them. The radar jamming is too close to our technology to be, in my opinion, an interplanetary alien.
Something happened, still dont know for sure what it was.
We had the still classified F-117 rotate in and out of there, with SAR hello assets with special capabilities.
So, something happened, was it a F-117 or something else.
The guy worked in MOD but relied on reports. The USSF and RAF chain did an investigation.
No one disputes an incident, what is in dispute is what was it?
And or any clear images. So these purported aliens "jam" camera lenses also, or know that they are out of clear camera range, and the type of camera being used? Perhaps they use Google tracking to find out who is around, and credit card info to know what kind of camera they have That's a no.
Locking up someone is not an act of war, per se.
Bur during hostilities locking someone up is a hostile act that means we can shoot. Other times, peacetime, locking someone up isnt a shootem act of war.
I so very much agree.
As you didn't mention it:
- Clarke's Third Law: Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.
- Profiles of the Future (revised edition, 1973) Arthur C. Clarke
Well, of course I bow to your professional knowledge and experience, Sir. I was never in the real war.
As an Air Force Tech Controller we only skimmed the surface in tech school with the history of electronic warfare and looked from one breakpad to the other with envy and awe at the ECM and ECCM trainees at Kessler. Then got a kick hearing radar maintenance trainees tell the apocryphal stories of blowing up police radars operating on a hillside highway close to a base. And out in the fixed facilities we experienced the counters, howlers and sweepers interfering with our communications. LOL That was all forty five years ago.
>>Besides, isnt it an act of war when you lock your radar onto a target?
Tell that to the courts the next time you get a speeding ticket
I dont remember.
He worked for the UK MOD. Pretty high up.
I would go to the Videos to see what his name is but..to heck with it. I am to dam lazy! LOL!
Actually, I am kinda busy here now.
Ya..I dunno. But to have that many and one of them the asst chief involved?
There are three that I could say are actual. That one-sort of, the Phoenix Lights, and the Nimitz encounters.
like I said, they get out and scramble the facts up so bad with lies and accusations that its near impossible to sort it out.
Thats why I always say concerning UFOs..Its not one of their’s, its one of ours.
Great fun.
Agree almost 100% of the time.
Id say my sighting is one heck of a head-scratcher.
The physics just baffles me.
