A former US Navy pilot is opening up about his infamous alleged UFO sighting off the coast of California in 2004.
Commander David Fravor said he witnessed a Tic Tac-shaped object in the sky in November 10, 2004 performing extraordinary aerial maneuvers that he said no modern human technology was capable of.
'This is not like we saw it and it was gone or I saw lights in the sky and it's gone we watched this thing on a crystal clear day with four trained observers,' Fravor said in a sit-down interview with Russian-American YouTuber and MIT researcher Lex Fridman on September 8.
He said the phenomena committed an 'act of war' by jamming the military's radar when they tried to trace it.
After landing Fravor mentioned the UFO to colleague Chad Underwood who successfully located the unidentified object to get video on his radar. But when he attempted to trace the shape, the flying object jammed the radar.
'When he first sees [the object] he gets an energy lock on it. When he goes to lock it up, now hes putting a bunch of energy on it. Hes telling the radar, "Stare down the line of sight, whatever is there I want you to grab it and build a trace file on it," which will tell you where it is, how fast it is and the direction that its going,' Fravor said.
'The radar is smart enough that when the signal comes back if it's been messed with, it will tell you - it will give you indications that it's being jammed .... It's being jammed into about every mode you can see ... You can tell it's being jammed.
'When you actively jam another platform, yes its technically an act of war,' he added.

What do you expect them to do? Let you shoot them down?
Besides, isn’t it an act of war when you lock your radar onto a target?
Why is there never any video
Is this guy a Hiden’ supporter?
The truth is out there.
Of this thing? Yeah there’s video.
Lex Fridman is an MIT researcher and is apparently Russian (which makes him a little less than eloquent in this interview).
Uh, yeah there’s video of this UFO and one other. They were leaked from the US Navy which confirmed they were authentic.
There’s plenty of video on youtube.
Oh good. I hardly believe the no video ones any more.
Lol, there are no aliens. Sorry.
The radar jamming leads me to believe the UFO is a US government black project. I would expect an alien craft would be either radar invisible or shielded. The jamming seems to close to our current level of technology.
Aliens? Who said anything about aliens?
Yep.... would love to “get behind the wheel” of that. Oh Yeah.
I don’t know what to think. It is impossible to believe an ET would be able to jam our radar. I mean, they would have to understand that technology and then have the appropriate technology to counter it. That is asking a lot for an intelligent species unless they have colonized earth and studied all of our technology and produced countermeasures, for what reason, who freaking knows?
If that was the case, we should be seeing ass loads of tic tac ships all over the place, not a freaking one off.
Just because the Navy pilot doesn’t think the US or Russia has such tech, does not mean he is in the know. I am going with man-made UFO over ET UFO.
I’m not buying it. It is too easy.
My attention whore radar is off the charts.
Video released by Pentagon for maybe a year now.
God does miracles, fer shur. Angels use technology ... and there are good Angels and bad Angels coming and going from a separate spacetime coordinate system..
Tic-tac? Yawn... wake me up when the UFO resembles Pez.
