Well in the context of it being accidental--similar to the very briefly used original Trump/Pence graphic that suggested a toilet lid--or the Hillary logo looking like a direction to Hospital sign.

One does not need to entertain conspiracy/dog whistle theories to have a bit of fun with it.

I believe that the artist that created the logo did this intentionally and that the demacrat party is aware in varying degrees from clueless to totally aware. symbolism is used as a secret signal between individuals that carry similar views that they hide from the public. think of it as as an inside joke between people that have the same world and theological view. it is the occult in action.
