Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

So Q is telling us that patriots know how the DS will respond when Barr makes his next move against the coup plotters. We don’t know what Barr’s next move is or when it will happen. It may be nothing more than additional declas that exposes the coup plot further, or it may be indictments. The DS will respond with false leaks like we’re seeing with the latest Russia/Afghanistan disinfo we’re seeing now.

When the letter was first posted about 3 weeks ago, someone on this thread commented along the lines of, "OMG, the archbishop follows Q!" To which someone replied, "I think he is Q!"
It is a strong Q proof and should wake up more "normies" to what is happening.
Vigano was Pope Benedict’s right hand man during Benedict’s papacy. He and Vigano were starting to uncover some major Vatican scandals (e.g. Vatican Bank, sex scandals). Benedict likely foresaw how he was going to be attacked if he further investigated those scandals. Perhaps he just didn’t have the stomach for fighting, and/or maybe he had some skeletons of his own that they threatened him with if he went forward. After he stepped down, Francis put the kibosh on those investigations.
