The cop tried to arrest him he was punched, he resisted, his taser was stolen and the taser was shot at the officer . You would be the first to protect the 2nd amendment but not in this case due to you wanting to spout left wing talking points

I don’t take the side of defense often, but as a defense attorney, I would eliminate drug-users from the jury.
Note the decedent’s condition from the 911 call (”the start”), note that the “knee-hold” was a legal hold in that jurisdiction, that the perp was 6’7”, was uncontrollable in the police car (after arrest), and that fentanyl negatively affects breathing.
The officer has, so far, been “tried in the press”. Much more will come out during trial.
Those 4 cops need to visit gym more often. It should not take more than 7 seconds to throw a resisting suspect on the ground by 2 cops. Or learn some judo.
So explain to me why the cop never took his knee off his neck for nearly 9 minutes when he kept complaining he can’t breathe? The cop was trying to make the suspect pass out? All for a $20 bill? I heard the bill turned out to be not counterfeit. But that is besides the point.
I certainly would be angry if my genuine $20 bill resulted in calling the police. I have lost count how many the corrupt cops in Chicago flagged me down because my job was deep inside the city, but I lived outside the city and did not need to buy a city sticker. Is that what we pay the cops for? To write more tickets for not displaying the city sticker. May be it was my brown skin which was enticing the cops to stop me.
It is even worse than that. I was given a ticket for going around a stopped bus, which I never did. The cop blatantly lied. Of course he was no match in traffic court for me with my master’s degree in engineering. I had diagrams to show the judge why the cop had made a error. The judge let me off without any fine and took the ticket off my record.
But I swear by the cops in conservative Dupage county where I lived for many years. I was never stopped for stupid reasons. Downers Grove cops were great. But point is there indeed are bad cops, especially in big cities.

Europe...may be 2%. I have done extensive travels in Europe. From Sweden, France, England, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Monaco, Greece. Most blacks I saw were in France. Very few anywhere else.

The problem in both situations is the low birthrate for whites; if not for the Welfare Reform of 1996, this country would be 20%+ black (it brought their birthrate down close to whites by ending “more cash for more kids”). One need only look at the explosion of the Hispanic population to see how much difference the low white birthrate makes; they were projected to surpass blacks in numbers by 2020, but after the 2010 census it appeared that it already happened. Granted, they are constantly reinforced by immigration, but they have more pressing need to breed (both welfare AND anchor babies to remain).

There are quite a few Blacks in France who settled there decades ago when they left the French colonies they lived in in Africa and the Caribbean; in Belgium, which once owned the Belgian Congo (now Zaire); in the Netherlands (the Blacks there came from Surinam and the Netherlands Antilles, once Dutch colonies); and the UK (the Blacks there came from the English colonies in the Caribbean such as Jamaica and Trinidad, as well as their former colonies in Africa). In Portugal, they have Portuguese speaking Blacks from Brazil, Angola and Mozambique.
