That is actually not true. There are quite a few Blacks in France who settled there decades ago when they left the French colonies they lived in in Africa and the Caribbean; in Belgium, which once owned the Belgian Congo (now Zaire); in the Netherlands (the Blacks there came from Surinam and the Netherlands Antilles, once Dutch colonies); and the UK (the Blacks there came from the English colonies in the Caribbean such as Jamaica and Trinidad, as well as their former colonies in Africa). In Portugal, they have Portuguese speaking Blacks from Brazil, Angola and Mozambique.
What is not true? That percentage wise there are many fewer blacks in Europe compared to USA?
Read with focus. I did NOT posit there were no blacks in Europe. What I was trying to say is smaller proportion of population is black in Europe than USA.
