The cop tried to arrest him he was punched, he resisted, his taser was stolen and the taser was shot at the officer . You would be the first to protect the 2nd amendment but not in this case due to you wanting to spout left wing talking points
I’m not sure how you came up with the idea that the guy was sentenced to death. What actually happened was that he was killed when an officer used an authorized use of deadly force, moments after being assaulted and was targeted with a weapon.
