Our sun is an incredible fusion engine. From the surface of earth, we see it as a mere ball of light, but through amazing high-res imaging capabilities, we can observe real solar activities thanks to NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory.

A video to get away from the riots, mayhem, murder, looting and arson. Away from this violent primitive planet for a few minutes. Video is a bit dated, but great. A bit over 3 minutes, with mood music.
If you haven't seen it, it's spectacular video, shock waves etc.

Not if I have anything to say about it. HA
Report stating Super Nova debris is in our solar system less then a few million years. Others claiming this could be the reason for the younger dryad 10,800 years ago from our star.

The sun is - to human eyes - a beautiful ball of gas and plasma. We are blessed to be here, on this planet, warmed by our sun.

Beautiful! Thanks God. ;-)
Tremendous mass of the Sun drawing back huge explosions but radiation escaping at the speed of light?
BTW - Our Sun may be entering another cycle at 11 years - right on time not 40-50 years as postulated.

Something I’ve wondered - is the absolute center axis of the sun the hottest spot in the solar system, or the coldest (since everything emanates from there)?
Just shower thoughts, I guess.
