I kept thinking that the military conduct we've been seeing has to be illegal and below, a CBS Senior Investigative Correspondent, Catherine Herridge hi-lights sections of military code identifying retired military, serving military, CDC staff etc. as persons to whom Article 2 and Article 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice applies. "Contempt toward officials", including the President, is on the books!

Especially officers. They are still on duty as I, an enlisted man, are. We can be recalled to duty and activated. The physical might have most of us disqualified for active duty, but we can be recalled. We can be recalled if we do something that the military might take high offense to. Officers are held to a higher standard, especially those with eagles and stars on their shoulders.

Once you are in, you are in for life. During the First Gulf War when we didn’t know where that was going I got letters telling me to get my shit in order..will, power of attorney, etc and stand by just in case. I had been retired 7 years at the time.
