Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I’m convinced such things are slated to be shoved in folks’ faces in real life in parks or wherever with outrageous frequency some years hence. After Trump etc.

It's a good question. This thread on FR is not necessarily hard-core like the board Q posts on, and the images in question are props - fairly tame ones compared to a lot of mainstream horror movies. I think the links are enough though, with warning... (I have had numerous posts removed for going too far btw - too much for the sensitive ones here)
I think a verbal description is ok - don't want Q to be censored but it is a very adult reality, not for kids. I posted some images of Podesta artwork which were taken down - way too sick for FR I understand now, but you don't really comprehend how warped and sick these people are unless you see them.

CBS put out a statement that ‘Editing Mistake’ Led To Misleading Video Showing An Italian Hospital During Segment On New York’s Coronavirus Crisis.
But it seems that fake news will stay fake news, this week they did it again!
They aired the Italian hospital footage again, despite its statement claiming that it had been removed “from all platforms and shows.” This time, the misleading video appeared on CBSN, the network’s streaming video news channel.
“In Pennsylvania, cases are skyrocketing at the rate of 1,000 a day,” a reporter says as footage from an Italian hospital flashes across the screen. “Governor Tom Wolf is appealing to citizens to help.”

Hypothetical scenario, proposed for your consideration.
Assuming that for the moment, the cannibalistic elites do exist.
What do you do, when your operatives are tracking Q, see that date 4.10.20 ("It's going to be Biblical" and "These people are SICK!" and all that), and they inform you just a day or two before, that Q has posted stuff of skinned human cadavers and humans roasted on spits, and Cannibal Restaurants.
Are you relieved that he fell for stock footage; or are you panicked that he's talking about it, and wonder how much he REALLY knows?
(Recall, too, that President Trump openly spoke in so many words, in answer to a question from Chanel Rion, of human trafficking and actions being taken against it during lockdown. How does THAT make the cabal members feel? If this stuff is real, they have confirmation of Q from the other side, in the form of trafficking sweeps and cabal members being arrested / held on Gitmo (Ellen Degenerate tree pictures); and THOSE cannot be explained away to fellow cabal members as mere LARPS.)

One of the things that I see circling around the QAnon phenomenon is the concept that the Cabal/Illuminati/Elites have come together on the premise that they eat human flesh, drink human blood, harvest adrenochrome from frightened children.
My opinion is that, while there are some of these types in the listed groups, they raison d’etre is /POWER/ over “lesser” humans, not some kinky desire...that just comes with the territory. They aren’t forced to indulge. Yet, in a way, they DO consume others; they consume their humanity.
The reason we may see so many psychotics performing such deeds is envy or covetousness of the elitists. Hangers-on.
They see that they have the same predilections of _some_ elites and think they belong in those echelons of power. ^They^ see such things as rites of inclusion and subsequently, continue to perform them to ingratiate themselves with their masters.
