Once again, a semi-autpmatic pistol was thought to be safe, with the magazine removed!!
That is why I love revolvers. When you break the action, by releasing the cylinder, it is either an empty chamber, or there is a cartridge in it. Fired cartridges still seated in the cylinder chambers constitute a loaded firearm.
