2% of a billion is 20 million.

1/3 of that ("between the three of us") would be 6.6 million dollars.

That's more than "six figure income many times over."

If you had that income you'd have more than 3 cars.

anyone got an idea how much k2 you are suppose to take with vitamin d.

my Dr prescribed the megadose of 50k once a week but said nothing about K2..which i know you are suppose to take

I’m trying to find one too.

The local drug store is out.

My daughter in LA cannot find one anywhere.

What this virus is revealing is how ill prepared people are for basic emergencies.

I am staggered that so few people keep TO and thermometers in their homes. I thought a thermometer was a basic necessity for the average medicine cabinet.

We have the basic ones, the digital ear kind, at home.

I need these for hubby’s office.

I found some...at Walmart, of all places.

I’m sure it’s some sketchy, 3rd party seller.

Oh, well. We’ll see if they even show up...and, if they do, if they work. :- /

This is CNN so it may be a tad alarmist but somehow it looks real. Of course someone had to mention disparities of care.

Sadly, because that’s the only thing that’s going to keep this country going.

You need to take K2 with your D3 to activate it. My local health food store has chewable 10,000IU D3 tablets and chewable K2 500 mg tablets. I have problems swallowing capsules, so I gravitate to chewables. Costco stock D3 5000UI in small, oily capsules. My preferred K Complex is made by Nutricology. I selected that one for the higher mk4 fraction aimed a colon health.

I would take the Vitamin D without K for something like the above, then just eat lots green vegs, as you say...:)

i have to take over two month time frame and then be retested...

so...probably going to have to figure this out
