I am calling official B.S. on this hoax of a "pandemic." We have been told by the "scientists" that hospitals would be overrun, the dead would be piling up, etc. Please post "on the ground" reports from your city/state. Are your hospitals overrun? Are healthy people dying? Any signs that a Bubonic Plague is among us?
Fair point, however....living in central Maryland, I know of at least two dozen people—including me and my wife—who had the exact same symptoms of the China Virus 8 WEEKS AGO. A bunch of local teachers also have been posting that they had symptoms in December and January, and that a lot of kids missed school. We all had the persistent, dry cough and shortness of breath—very ODD symptoms that I have never experienced before, and all consistent with Covid19. The local docs were telling us that it “might” be bronchitis, b/c we all tested negative for flu.

Here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan there is 1 case in Chippewa County (Sault Sainte Marie). The hospitals are not full. No surgeries being done unless they are an emergency. No cases in the county I live in. Grocery stores had a run today because the stay in place order has been ordered for 1200 March 24. It is nuts out there. No sick, ill, dying in this county from this virus not even a case in the county the nearest case is 6 hours east of here, within the state boundaries. Green Bay has cases there but it is 4 and half hours away.
That is mighty convenient! We destroyed the economy, but we prevented millions of deaths. Ignore the fact there weren’t really very many deaths! The backtracking and CYA is already started from the panic pushers.
The only thing I saw that was overrun here in MA was the local Walmart.

Thank you for the information. Your post raises another concern I have with the “numbers.” I have spoken to a couple of docs who made the point that we DON’T KNOW if the deaths that the local governments are attributing to the China Virus were actually caused by that virus. I was told, for example, that if a person in the ER has pneumonia and tests positive for Covid19 and dies, they “died of Covid19.” However, if the person tests negative for the virus, they are marked as having died of “pneumonia.” In other words, a chunk of the rather small number of dead may actually not have died of the virus.

Live in Cincinnati, OH and Naples, FL. Supposedly 442 cases in the state of Ohio so far. 6 deaths in Ohio - all but one death they announced pre existing health problems.
All my doctor friends are pissed because all elective procedures have been halted and they have nothing to do.
Hospitals running with fewer patients because everybody who is not super sick got cleared out in preparation for the “onslaught”.
Just got back from a vacation to Williamsburg, VA today. Virginia quiet. Hospitals looked quiet. Nothing untoward about bed space on the news!
Pandemic mean prevalent over the entire country or world...has NOTHING to do with seriousness or mortality. Just means it is everywhere...and it is...just like the flu. Name one hospital in NYC and/or Washington state where they are “overrun”...

Friend’s dad has Covid19 in NYC. He is very high risk. Family will not be able to see him before or after he passes. When they put him in the ambulance that was it.
No need for name calling. There are many self-help titles for overcoming irrational fears. Might be worth a try for you.

I think this will be “the week”. There’s enough people that have contracted it, spread it, to the point where we should start seeing people really struggling. It’s going to be hard to justify continued extreme measures if it isn’t obviously bad after another week.
