Can anyone remember hearing anecdotal stories from individuals who reported experiencing tingling in arms or feet prior to developing the virus? I ask not for myself but for a family member who just returned from overseas 10 days ago and has no other symptoms.

Have a package of alcohol based wet wipes with you in the car. Take one out and encase your fingers in it.

Touch and/or hold everything outside of the car using the wet wipe.

Store-wrapped meat, other than the 1 and 5 pound vacuum-sealed chubs of ground beef, suffers freezer burn after 2-3 weeks.

When I had 6' twin sons at home, I just bought the chubs, froze them, and defrosted as needed. The 5 pound chubs were too big to fit in the microwave for defrosting so I'd take one out onto the back lawn and cut it in half with an ax, defrosted one half, and sealed the other with plastic wrap to put back in the freezer.

That also gave me an atavistic thrill putting meat on the table with an ax.

"How long does raw hamburger, steak, etc. last in the freezer without vacuum sealing? I just have it in there in packages. Am planning to use it either during a quarantine or when this crap is over."

Fake coronavirus test kits seized at LAX

A package arrived at LAX from the United Kingdom and was labeled “Purified Water Vials,” according to a CBP news release.

Officers were examining the package Thursday when they found six plastic bags containing vials filled with a white liquid and labeled “Corona Virus 2019nconv (COVID-19)” and “Virus1 Test Kit” inside.
