This should be a BIG WARNING to the destruction of law and order in the U.S. so that we become Sweden. Cuomo is clearly mentally disturbed as are the members of the NY State Assembly, and should be removed by any means possible to preserve the lives of law abiding people. Even people in surrounding states are now becoming victims of criminals released under this insane law.
Bump
“Bail reform, its lit! Barry yelled to reporters Thursday outside the NYPD Transit District 1 headquarters in the Columbus Circle station before officers transported him to Manhattan Central Booking. Its the Democrats! The Democrats know me and the Republicans fear me. You cant touch me! I cant be stopped!
Thank you, Democrats.
Im actually rooting for the guy. I hope his 139 arrest count is up to 1,390 by the end of the year.

Thank you Bloomberg for letting this happen.
He’ll be even happier when NY makes it legal to steal ‘up to, but not more than’ $2000 from people-
At some point, real Americans will recall some old movies and find inspiration in Paul Kersey. I’m not saying it’s the right answer, just that we have delegated some of our authority to government. When government fails to use that authority properly, some decent people will take up the mantle that they had hoped to delegate to others. Those basic God-given rights are unalienable. The American people can hand the associated authority off to government, but we still retain that responsibility and that power as individuals.
139 VICTIMS- but democrats don’t give a crap about them
Like I said before ... Im rooting for this guy. I hope hardened criminals all over the U.S. see how good they can have it in NYC. It should make peoples lives better everywhere else.
If he is getting caught 139 times, hes not very good at what he is doing; he should consider changing careers.
On the other hand, if hes been caught 139 times, how many times did he get away with it?
They should release him to the third rail
Its pathetic that the police would even waste their time arresting him 139 times.
Why did you move from the city if you are going to let it drive you insane anyway? :-)
on the day I move out of this city is the last day I give this place a second thought. I barely do now LOL
For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil...if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
Note that the sword was not merely ornamental. It was an instrument of death. Communities that wink at, or even applaud, crime are in rebellion to God.
I see that the myth poverty causes crime is still in vogue in NYC.
I and plenty of people I know grew up poor and in poor neighborhoods but did not go on to a life of crime.
Excessive bail has been illegal for a long time. Locking up Mr. Barry would prevent him from robbing people while he is in jail. He has bragged that Im famous! I take $200, $300 a day of your money, cr****r! You cant stop me!
He robs people of $200 to $300 a day, every day. Is this the quality of life that New Yorkers want? Do New Yorkers want someone like this on their streets?
Bail is insurance that the accused will show up for court. This man has demonstrated that he WILL NOT show up for court. This means that his victims will not receive justice and he will go on to commit more crimes for which he will not be punished.
This law can only insure that more and more New Yorkers will flee the state for more civilized locals.
I would like to learn how this is affecting NYC tourism.
I live in CT, and have yet to visit the WTC memorial or the Statue of Liberty. I’ve had plans to do this as late as last summer.
I won’t go now...I’d get robbed and have no recourse. Thieves must be swarming the tourist areas
Who woulda thought! That also seem to be the mantra of violent criminals who too are thankful of the no bail policy.
They probably have pre-printed forms for this guy, so all they have to do is fill in the pertinent details each time he's arrested. :-)
