Joe may not be as stupid as he seems, but his elitism and arrogance controls him. For him to let everyone know about the threat to withhold $1B in loans if the prosecutor wasn’t fired was typical of how full of bravado Biden is. He’s a small fish in a big pond and acts like he isn’t. Then again, after years of no scrutiny and robbing the country blind, it’s understandable.

Personally, I think there has been some effect on him plus, he’s just not ageing well mentally and appears to have cognitive issues (IMO).
