Fwiw, the subject of seasteading has come up around here before. Those on the board including myself that ate homesteaders were supportive of the idea on an individual basis. This caused me to look into the subject. There were various suggestions and ideas to get private colonies, free floating cities, started. Back then anyone supporting the idea was generally considered a loon. It didnt take long to realize that unfortunately those that are Trumps main targets also liked the idea of floating outside of a nations sovereign waters.
This proposed project is anchored. As this new entirely not loony good idea is proposed by the worlds largest trafficking organization, I would carefully watch with suspicion any proposed changes suggested.
I may be misremembering this company or it may be under new ownership and direction. The company Im thinking of was for all intents and purposes an aquatic version of Solyndra. Follow the money.

It seems to me that all or most will be exposed. Then they let the people walk.Why would Bidens be still around? Barr doesn’t want to get involved. He is taking Rudy’s information to bury same. why would this guy be allowed to run for POTUS? Why would the CF be allowed to keep all their money and remain free? Why would FISA actions be buried? Judges are involved and will never be charged. The FBI is instituting “new policies”. That will do nothing. Just my $.02!

Did Q say anything remotely like what you are saying? Your belief is your belief. It is not what Q has said repeatedly, nor is it what Trump has said, nor is it Trump’s philosophy.
