If Flynn is tossed as fruit of the poisoned tree, does that toss Stone as poisoned also?

Not automatically. They are in different courts, and Obama's pal Amy Berman Jackson is a true deep state asset sitting on the bench. You watch, she will give Stone the max. Flynn's judge's ruling will be brought to her attention, and its basis would apply to Stone, too, but Berman Jackson will not be bound to follow it. Stone will have to wait until his appeal is heard to have the case thrown out, and at that stage, it probably will be. My hope is that Trump commutes Stone's sentence, whatever it is, and that Stone will still be able to appeal the conviction, where it can be thrown out. What I don't understand is why Barr hasn't taken charge of the prosecution, and told the out of control corrupt prosecutors to drop the charges, before transferring them to the Nome district. He is not required to complete Mueller's coup attempt.
