I made an correction. I think Minn defense will shut down Jimmy G at home. Just like they did Dree Breeze.

I’m not aware of Clowney’s history. I only know what he’s done for us.

I’d never heard of the guy until the Hawks signed him.

How is Green Bay 13-3???

Every time I have seen them, they have looked pitiful.

I think Seattle will beat them

SF has the #2 Defense and #4 Offense...#2 running game.

Going against the Vikes who statistically are below the mid point in every category.

They had a good week last week.

But don’t expect a repeat against a healthy and rested 49ers team.

But what will they do against the #2 running team in the NFL?

How will they actually SCORE against the #2 defense?

Vikes will have a long and unpleasant day on the road.

Aaron Rodgers and a good running game.

I think you’re probably right.

However, as a longtime (50+ yrs) NFL observer, I adhere to the concept that it’s not how well (or poorly) you played during the season, it's how well you’re playing right now.

No one in their right mind would’ve picked the Vikings to even be in striking distance beyond the first quarter at New Orleans, when in reality they truly outplayed the Saints in their own (hostile) environment.

So, anything’s possible.

Don't get me wrong, I think Kirk Cousins is a slightly above average QB but he will be getting back a healthy Dalvin Cook.

Plus I was really impressed with Kyle Rudolph, their tight end during the Cowboy tromp-a-ling during the season.

Jimmy G cut his QB teeth under Belichick. Is he going to be another Golden Boy like Brady?

And besides he looks like Tyrone Power.

49ers 30, Vikings 21
Ravens 24, Titans 14
Chiefs 31, Texans 26
Packers 26, Seahawks 17

Saints could have won the game. They missed a field goal which could have made the difference by game's end. But like anything, you change one thing, then everything else changes. The game ended in a tie and Vikings got the coin toss and scored. If the Saints had gotten the coin toss they might have scored. Sometimes it's just a coin toss. Yeah for the weekend, I think all the favorites will win. History suggests I might be wrong.

I live 20 miles south of Nashville. Ravens win.

Welcoming Tom Brady as our new QB next year.

🏈 Playoff Round 2 Picks 🏈
❄❄❄❄❄

Minnesota Vikings at San Francisco 49ers: Any 'team' that needs a therapy dog also needs an epic ass-kicking. Vikes.

Tennessee Titans at Baltimore Ravens: I'm biased. I'm from Maryland. I got family there. And I got some serious trim from a few Ballmer girls who shall be unnamed, but not unforgotten. (How can you let slip the memories of a nekkid Jewish chick, a nekkid Puerto Rican Buddhist, and a nekkid Turkish Muzz in consecutive calendar years, and I ended up marrying the Muzz? Talk about an existential roller coaster......BTW, the first two were better in the sack. Go figure.) Ravens all the way.

Houston Texans at Kansas City Chiefs: Texans are overachievers. So is Watson. Mahomes and the Injuns.

Seattle Seahawks at Green Bay Packers: Cheeseheads win ugly again.

Ponder the day after the Superbowl when people will simply say * yawn *.

Make that day today and instead use your time effectively. You have only one life. Make it the most meaningful best.
