It's time for the Department of Agriculture to adopt strict rule as France has done on its products such as champagne.
Today's environment of calling any white juice "milk" or plant based products "meat" has gone too far. The line is getting blurred further as cells of cows and fish are being replicated in tanks and being sold as the "real" thing.
We need to protect our farmers.
Think beef vs. human flesh.
Almonds are a central crop and plot line in the Prime TV series Goliath.
It is about California water and water rights ownership. The bad guy owns thousands of acres of almond trees and controls all the water.
There was testimony in court that each almond requires one gallon of water to produce. So,each gallon of almond milk requires a humongeous amount of water in production
sometime between February and July of 2019, My A1c fell from 7 to 5.2. My blood sugar fell from say 136 to a consistent 100. Why? I have no clue. Although I am diabetic, I am not diabetic
A life without cheese is barely worth living.
We often make our own ice cream at home. We use either whole unpasturized farm fresh milk or heavy cream, with copious amounts of in season fresh fruit. Strawberry, blueberry balckberry, and my two favorites, cherry and peach.
This stores so well, that we can make a lot of it and it can keep for a month.
Genuine ice cream is an ambrosia one has to work off.
Pour a little Drambui over it !
That ice cream sounds fantastic. I would drop in for some if you weren’t so far away.

The issue where “milk” comes in is when they start selling petrie-dish cloned cow’s milk, or whatever.
(And I was a dairy farm kid, putting many hours over many years into the business.)
I like oat milk even better for the creamy texture.
I misread that as “How Do You Milk ALUMNI?”
Freudian slip?
Goats milk is an acquired tasete. It has a musky after taste that is difficult for me to stomach, but I understand why it is so good for you.
Null, we have country of origin for veggies, fruits, dairy, poultry. But thanks to Obama and Congress kissing the arse of the WTO, we no longer have it for beef and pork.
I’m hoping Trump will get to that shortly..
Chickens processed in Chinese facilities where FDA inspectors are forbidden to enter can be marketed as a “Product of USA” if they are raised in America.
Any bets on whether the ship more “Product of USA” chickens than they receive from here to process there?
I know. What’s worse...I’ve asked a number of local grocery stores for info on where they get their meat. All have refused to answer.
What was this before it became leftovers?
Shut up and eat your leftovers, peasant!
That’s nothong; how do you milk a bismuth?
What is CIDP?
What is your experience with lactose-free milk? I have been happy with that for a couple years now.
Man up and grab the damn udders.
