So true. And honestly, "congenital" as he is using it, really does not apply. Congenital suggests a birth defect or an illness. Schiff is evil. That is wholly different from what is suggested by Hannity using the term 'congenital'.

Further, he just sounds asinine saying it... over and over and over again.
