Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:
"The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I can vouch for that.
I have heard it expressed as, “The body keeps score.””
The back pain is caused by the bodies defense system trying to block the retrieval of the emotional pain. The spinae muscles in the back tighten up to put a tourniquet hold on the afferent sensory neuron cell body head in the spinal ganglion of the afferent sensory neuron. The cell body in the dorsal root ganglion of the spine is the junction between the peripheral nervous system and the central nervous system.
For example, a betrayal issue causes a contraction of the spinae muscle over the T1-T2 vertebrae. This is the proverbial knife in the back feeling associated with being betrayed.
Childhood security issues manifest in the lumbar region. Identity issues in the thoracic. It’s much more complex than this but it is a general description.
I have found that by removing the negative emotion attached to the stored memory, the body no longer needs a defense system to block the emotional retrieval, so it just relaxes and the back pain is gone, usually instantly.
Certainly an interesting skill.
If I understand the research results, the stored memories are influenced in ways that release their death grip on pain etc.

Yes, “Mueller Dog didn’t find any Pay to Play between Trump and Russia.”. I know this. I don’t plan to defend the information my friend has absorbed exactly. I plan to find out who wrote the thing she seemed to recommend and find where her allegiance lies. I love my friend but she quoted George Will and listens to NPR for their “tone”. I think she is merely trying to stay connected to her children. But I will inform her if I find she is believing a dem shill.

Exactly... Memories are stored at the intersection of the two aspects of consciousness as holograms. Thus many memories can be retrieved either logically or emotionally. It’s how consciousness functions. It’s much more complex than this, but generally it’s how our soul consciousness functions.
The Iowa class only has 3 turrets? Seems kinda underpowered for a battleship.

I am not hearing the boos that much on the first video. For the second video panning a small slice of the bleachers, I am hearing “Lock him up!”, but I the movements of the fans shown are not matching a rhythmic chant.
