Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) was unable to answer when initially asked what specific laws Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trumps lawyer, has broken. Harris, a contender for the Democratic presidential nomination, appeared on CNNs Anderson Cooper 360 late on Oct. 18. Cooper asked her what she thought about reports that Giuliani sought a visa for Viktor Shokin, Ukraines former top prosecutor, against the efforts of the Ukrainian embassy and the State Department. Harris claimed Giuliani has clearly broken many laws and that his actions violated an extraordinary number of rules and ethical laws.

They are having a live report on FB now
Followed by “Don’t worry, though... we’ll make up something to charge him with...”
Wasn’t she the AG of California?
Pretty stupid comments by her to indicate that laws were broken and then to be ignorant of what laws were broken.
I am sure she thought only the “laws were broken” quote would be repeated by the MSM, and that no one would dare ask her WHAT LAWS?
She obviously doesn’t know much.
Particularly about US laws and Constitution.
Like she doesn’t know that being born an Indian national and a Jamaican national from her foreign national parents makes he NOT a natural born citizen and ineligible to be President.
She missed that day in law school.
Ethical laws? Like sleeping your way to the top? Gee. Who do we know that did that?
What a lightweight.
Isnt Kommie-la supposed to be a lawyer or something like that?
Sure doesnt sound like a lawyer.
Commies do not need a crime to have taken place, they simply make them up.
Impeach him for what? What are the charges?!
I bet she could easily name the laws Hillary F. Clinton broke.
“Pretty stupid comments by her to indicate that laws were broken and then to be ignorant of what laws were broken.:
She was prosecuting stoners while being one herself. Then she laughed about it. Not as bad a Hillary laughing about defending a child molester she knew was guilty, but in the same vein. That anyone supports this foolishness is beyond my understanding.
[[Sure doesnt sound like a lawyer.]]
Nope- more like the soviet union- “IF we say there is a crime, there is a crime, whether there is one or not”
Seems to me that being AG of california means you are familiar with (domestic) criminal law more than anything, no?
It is for that reason she probably wouldn’t know much more than you or I about foreign relations, diplomacy, and constitutional law. It is for those same reasons that Guilliani is a bit out of his element trying to go overseas in his legal pursuits.
If you listen to most of the liberal pundits recently, they are saying that as Trump’s personal attorney he shouldn’t be going to Ukraine in order to help Trump politically. IE, acting for Trump’s political (personal) gain.
If you asked me, the main reason they are mad about it is not because Trump was seeking dirt on Biden (he probably was, BTW) because you really probably do have the right to go overseas to investigate things. Why wouldn’t you.
The reason they are pissed is because it’s harder for the deep state to track what Rudy is doing and what he gathers than it is when someone from the DOJ does it.
I’m surprised she didn’t say, “He is enemy of the people, that’s sufficient cause to imprison him”.
