Q Anon: 09/28/19 Trust Trump’s Plan ~ Vol.179, Q Day 701
qmap.pub ^ | 9/28/19 | FReepers, vanity

Posted on 09/28/2019 5:52:41 PM PDT by ransomnote

Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

Q describes this awakening as follows:

"The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

The choice is yours, and yours alone.

Trust and put faith in yourself.

You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

WWG1WGA!!!" ~ Q (#3038)

We discuss Q drop content on our threads to learn the truth about the capture of our country, after a lifetime of reading, watching and listening to lies and distortions used to control us and tame the American spirit. The truth shall set us free.

For summaries of Q drops (i.e., posts) discussed on our threads, I invite you to read the latest editions of The Oracle, which include helpful links and quotes to explain Q drop content.

Q drops can be found here in their original format.

Links to our Q threads, and Q drops posted on our threads, are listed in this table.

The video, Qanon is 100% coming from the Trump Administration, is just one of many excellent responses to the all-important question, "Whom does Q serve?" Another excellent source for identifying Q's involvement with President Trump is found at the website titled Qproofs.com.

Q Boot Camp is a quick, condensed way to learn the background and basics about the Q movement.

Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.

In the battle between Good and Evil, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. The changes heading our way and the information revealed will, at times, be very difficult to face, but we will face it together. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger for having reclaimed the truth and freedom of thought.

Where We Go 1, We Go All

The Dems are out of control there are media reports about Pelosi being president, as of course being Third in line. They will have to hurry to get rid of Pence, as well.

So, these boobs are letting Hillary saddle up since taking out Trump and Pence is preposterous. ( Never mind the problem that the Marxists have running no competent candidates.)
~~~~~~~~~~
I think they just have to prop Hillary up as a “contendah” so that should she be called to testify/be indicted soon she will claim that President Trump “fears” her electability.
Just WOW... "CLICK" Trump has been saying he deserves a 3rd term...
Altho I have agreed with him, since the first one has been hamstrung all the way, by democrat LIES, I thought he was just trolling the libs...
BUT, I have been struggling to figure out exactly why he was pushing them to impeach him... Just felt like it was part of the plan to me even 6 months ago. I figured it was a simple as making them look bad and achieving the same results that happened when we impeached Clinton... in that his approval rating went up.
The other day we saw something that made it seem like it was for the discovery it would provide and the extra powers it would give him to fight back
Probably both true, but if what Jack Prosobiec just tweeted is true... It has to be the ultimate purpose with the others just being a benefit. I am going to read through my pocket constitution after I finish my work and see what I can find for myself.
Here is the Tweet, if you twitter
and Here is a screen cap if you don't...
National Security Whistleblowing: A Gap in the Law Contrary to popular belief, existing legal protections for whistleblowers are limited and generally do not extend to leaks of classified information. This fact sheet summarizes key laws affecting whistleblowers and their prosecution.
August 21, 2013
Many people presume that “whistleblowing” is a legal defense for government employees or contractors facing criminal charges for disclosing classified information. In fact, existing legal protections for whistleblowers are limited and generally do not extend to leaks of classified information. Below is a brief summary of some key laws affecting whistleblowers.
Q: What is the Whistleblower Protection Act?
A: The Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA) provides that the government may not take adverse personnel actions against agency employees who engage in protected disclosures to specified persons or entities. The definitions of these terms follow:
Personnel actions include measures like firing, demoting, cutting pay, etc. They do not include criminal prosecutions. Protected disclosures include the release of information that the employee reasonably believes demonstrates illegality, gross mismanagement, gross waste, abuse of authority, or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety. Specified persons or entities differ depending on the classification status of the information. If the information is not classified, the employee may disclose it to anyone.
If the information is classified or its disclosure is otherwise prohibited by law, the employee may disclose it to certain officials – including the Special Counsel (a government office established to protected federal employees from prohibited personnel practices) and the agency’s Inspector General.
The WPA does not apply to persons in positions of a “confidential, policy-determining, policymaking, or policy-advocating character.” Nor does it apply to anyone in the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, or any other executive body that conducts primarily foreign intelligence or counter-intelligence activities.
Q: What is the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA)?
A: Intelligence Community (IC) employees are not covered by the WPA. Instead, the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA) permits IC employees to report an “urgent concern” (even if it involves classified information) to the agency’s Inspector General and, ultimately, to the congressional intelligence committees. Remarkably, though, the ICWPA does not provide employees protection against retaliation if they make such disclosures.
Q: What is Presidential Policy Directive 19?
A: President Obama issued a directive in 2012 (Presidential Policy Directive 19, or PPD-19) requiring IC agencies* to provide employees with protection from retaliation if they disclose classified information that would meet the criteria for a “protected disclosure” under the WPA to a supervisor, their agency head, the relevant Inspector General, or the Director of National Intelligence. But the directive leaves several gaps:
It does not apply in cases where the head of an agency determines that an employee should be fired for national security reasons.
It does not apply to persons in positions of a “confidential, policy-determining, policymaking, or policy-advocating character,” or to members of the Armed Forces. If disclosures through approved government channels prove unsuccessful, there is no provision for disclosure outside the agency or intelligence committees.
This last point is particularly important. The directive could facilitate transparency in instances where one employee is aware of another employee’s rogue misconduct, but is unlikely to have much effect in cases where the agency itself is complicit in the wrongdoing and the intelligence committees are not willing to interfere.
Q: When Can a Whistleblower Be Prosecuted?
A: Contrary to popular belief, the fact that a person’s disclosures might be protected under the WPA, ICWPA, or PPD-19 does not constitute a defense against criminal prosecution. It merely shields the employee from being fired or other forms of adverse personnel action.
Many of the more severe criminal penalties for disclosing national security information have historically required some level of intent to harm the United States, which is unlikely to be present in cases of whistleblowing. Unfortunately, recent judicial opinions have generated considerable uncertainty about this requirement.
Most notably, the Espionage Act, which was enacted to punish spies and traitors during World War I, prohibits disclosures of national defense information in cases where the person making the disclosure has “reason to believe” it could injure the national defense or give advantage to a foreign country. As recently as 2006, a federal judge interpreted this language to require the government to prove “bad faith” on the part of the defendant. The judges in the cases of John Kiriakou and Bradley Manning, however, disagreed, declaring that the defendant’s subjective intent is irrelevant. Another judge recently threw the case law into even deeper confusion: She held that the government does not even need to demonstrate that the disclosure would be “potentially damaging to the United States or useful to an enemy of the United States.” These rulings further open the door to criminal prosecutions against individuals who meet the statutory definition of whistleblowers.
* The FBI has its own regulatory whistleblower system and thus is excluded from PPD-19’s coverage. The FBI’s system suffers from a number of flaws, as discussed here:
Trip down memory lane.
That’s one of the top promises I’m waiting for him to keep. I know it’s coming. Hopefully soon!
:-)
Makes me smile every time I hear him say that. It was the single sentence that changed me from a Trump supporter to an all-out enthusiastic Trump supporter.
If it were true, I can’t imagine Bill Clinton not taking advantage of that back when he was impeached.
I’m certainly not any authority on interpretation, but my guess is that it alludes to much of what Q has been telling us. It has the Q slogan WWG1WGA. It features Rome, NY, London which are 3 hubs of the WW deep state, and WW corruption. DS player in those 3 cities are IMO behind much of the evil in the world.
So my opinion is that EtS is giving us hints that Team Trump is going after corruption in those places.
Pompeo goes to Rome/Vatican City tomorrow. :-)
The Chans have a long history of insiders dropping intel to the Anons. From MegaAnon, to FBIAnon, to QAnon himself, the army of decentralized weaponized autists are always ready to dig and meme… if the insider is able to prove he’s more than just another LARP vying for people’s attention.
Cut to the evening of the 29th, when a new insider appeared, and subsequently made some staggering claims:
............
So Anon is claiming there is a shell corp that is affiliated to a politician running for President, which is also connected to pro-Sports, Hollywood, and which he and his team have been able to trace over 10 billion dollars of undelivered Navy equipment to, all located in West Georgia.
Staggering claims, to be sure – but exactly the kind of thing that engages Anons’ autism.
I’ll be calling this particular Anon #DoDAnon for the duration of this article (though yes, he’s only an auditor, and not an official employee of the DoD).
I originally posted the thread over on Gab, so some of my readers will have undoubtedly already pored through this thread, but I wanted to take some time to write up a more thorough investigation into the claims being made by DoDAnon here.
I’ll add here to expect unfiltered language from Anons in this thread. I’ve had to put this disclaimer in before: just because I’m posting screencaps of what Anons said, it doesn’t mean I personally agree with them. I’m adding their uncensored posts for context, and for thorough reporting purposes. This should not be seen as an endorsement.
And of course, as always, Anons take everything with a grain of salt. These may be interesting claims from DoDAnon, but bona fides of some sort are always required:
(lots of stuff)
So, what to make of this?
We’ll see later today (perhaps). But much of what DoDAnon said was verifiable. And it’s the minutiae of it all that convinces me there’s at least some significant degree of truth to what he’s saying.
As to whether this ever makes it to the news, we shall see. I certainly hope so, and will keep my eyes peeled for that kind of verification, as will Anons everywhere, but if this is true, this is a portends the unraveling of a mega-scandal the likes of which we’ve rarely seen in the past – if ever.
And if nothing else, /pol/ and Anons continue to live up to their reputation:
Well that seems kinda significant. The day before Pompeo arrives.
Are they investigating crimes? Or trying to cover them up?
RECONCILE
1. 8Chan taken down 8/5/19
2. Whistleblower dated 8/12/19
3. Under new rules, every Q post can be 1st hand evidence as whistleblowers.
4. Over 6 million QAnon posts can be 2nd hand hearsay as whistleblowers.
Were QAnons an army of whistleblowers without knowing?
duh sorry, right only Impeached, not convicted, that is why his approval ratings went up... My bad!
I had not read my pocket constitution yet, but did read what Heritage foundation said about impeachment...
https://www.heritage.org/constitution/#!/articles/2/essays/100/standards-for-impeachment
Hasn’t Trump talked about Andrew Johnson too? They failed to convict him by one vote too... but he was only in one term so that point is mute.
Still might be worth digging into a little, not entirely convinced that because Bill did not try it, it’s not true, there may be some hidden rule or precedent somewhere? I doubt it is specifically in the constitution from comments I read on the thread and he has not replied to how he reads it that way...
