Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I was a little stunned to read Admiral Rogers saying our foreign adversaries have “UNmatched tools” to interfere in our domestic affairs.
What to make of that? I’ll just hope this speech gets opened up a little more with details that I couldn’t reach.

Dozens Arrested in New Jersey ICE Operation Targeting Wanted Immigrants That Had Not Been Reported Due to State Policy
ICE has announced the arrests of 54 people in New Jersey who had been released from jail and not reported to officials due to a new state policy.
The arrests focused on immigrants who had been previously released from local jails under a new state policy that limits when police can cooperate with immigration agents. The new policy, referred to as the Immigrant Trust Directive, states that local jails cannot honor an “ICE detainer” in New Jersey unless the detainee has been charged with or convicted of a serious crime or has a pending deportation order from a judge.
The arrested immigrants included people from a dozen countries, including 21 from Mexico, nine from El Salvador and seven from Brazil, ICE officials said.
