I happened to be up late one night and saw that speech in Turkey live. That’s how I knew the “I am a Kenyan” video was fake when it came out shortly afterwards. He never said any of that during the speech when it aired live.

I serious doubt that Mark, Rush & Sean take marching orders from the RNC, as all three are quite vocal about the either ineptitude or corruption of the RNC. I personally think this is fake only because they do not give a single scintilla of reference as to where or when he is speaking.
