Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

Agree. Highly recommend getting the audio CD (local library) of the novel 1776 by David McCullough.
It highlights the first year when Washington was a general. He made many mistakes, but he learned. And he had tremendous persistence.
With the 1776 you get a broad perspective of the people and combatants in the Revolutionary War. I think every high school student should listen to that book for their “America training”.

Kim Jong Un seems like a regular guy in some respects — likes basketball and he must have enjoyed himself going to college in Switzerland. It would be fun to find out what he was like there.

In the upcoming run up to the election, I rather expect to see a year full of successes, and Trump commanding some stunning optics, which can only help to influence and to lead to more successes.
Forgive me if I am wrong, but the big black hats won’t happen until after Trump is re-elected.
Meanwhile, the avalanche of investigation results will be released with such force that a round up of the little black hats can be swift, but also that path will lead to the mother lode of hard evidence to bring in Obama and HRC, timed immediately after a re-election.
Seems to me that all this gets submerged, short of a Trump re-election.
