New data indicates America on the verge of civil war, and neither side will back off
The National Sentinel ^ | 5/2/19 | Vicki Batts

Will the United States soon enter a second civil war? Polling data from Georgetown University shows that an overwhelming majority of Americans believe a civil war is coming down the pike — and most people aren’t actually willing to make the changes necessary to stop it. Across the board, Americans are doubling down on their political values and are refusing to compromise on the issues tearing the country apart.

So what would compromise with the Leftists ultimately look like? Would we only have 10 million killed instead of 20 million? Would we merely have labor camps, rather than death camps?

That’s the way it would work; electrical towers and sub stations blown, bridges blown, freeway overpasses blown, main water transmission lines blown, pumping stations blown, main and secondary roads IED’d.
Cut them off; let them die of thirst, starvation, and in the winter, freeze to death in the cold and dark.
In 7 weeks they would be hunting, killing, and eating each other.

See parts of New York after Hurricane Sandy. I recall the people in the Coney Island high rise living in filth because there was no water to flush the toilets and no power to run the elevators so they couldn’t get out.

I'm sure the irony is lost on the author, and probably you, that she's complaining about having to do unpaid work in the hope of getting paid in the future when she wants to take advantage of all the billions of dollars worth of speculative work that Google did - without paying.

A mountain of unpaid work just to get back to having something similar in the way of income to what Google took away from her on a whim.

If Google didn't want to allow the free exchange of ideas, they should have made that quite clear before so many people invested time and effort into building up their own channels and in the process building up Google's market share.

So far as I'm concerned, Google is evil, and I would drop a nuclear bomb on it and all the people involved in it. It is a fascist system encroaching upon the United States through the back door of "private" corporation.

You just don't grasp the threat, because you don't see where this is going.

Mine and RebelBase’s original post both featured the empty grocery store as a needed flashpoint.

Most 50 hours a week at work, mortgage paying wage slaves don’t give a rip about their “freedoms” or they would have been doing more to protect them to this point. The empty grocery store — well now, now you are talking about reasons to get violent.

Yes, modern cities are death traps without modern methods of bringing in water, electricity, gas, sewage and food.

An astute person would have anticipated this when they agreed to the terms of service contract.

So far as I'm concerned, Google is evil, and I would drop a nuclear bomb on it and all the people involved in it.

While I don't care that much about Google, I understand your feelings.

The point is, and your article illustrates it beautifully, for almost all of the aggrieved this isn't about speech, it's about money.

There is no one keeping any of these people from speaking freely and sending their messages worldwide via the internet. Do I need to link to infowars.com again?

This is about them being able to make money off of their content without having to invest in the hard parts - the technology, marketing, and distribution.

The entitlement mentality is really striking - I worked really hard on this post so of course you have to publish it, attract advertisers for me and make sure I get paid. Oh, and all for free, BTW.

On the flip side, I'm stunned how many 'conservatives' think that Google's, or Facebook's, or Twitter's ideology trumps their desire to make money.

Is there some ideological bias among their staff and management? Probably, but the reason they don't want this content is because they think it drives away advertisers.

Do you think they would ban Alex Jones if there was a bidding war among advertisers fighting to get placed on his pages?

Economics is a much more powerful force than ideology and it explains the present situation perfectly.

You have a history of “throwing stink bombs” into a thread but never contributing meaningful to it . You are not a NYC guy...just a “NYC meathead”. This country is in the trouble it’s in because certain..”meatheads” just can’t give up their notions of fantasy Utopia.

A Bosnian type of civil war offers no quarter...everyone gets their assess kicked and even the military would be wracked with division. No replacement troops, and no welcome homes for soldiers who shoot at their own countryman. No fantasy...but a night marish fear of famine pestilence and death for millions.

I have a farm in a rural area where I am friends with 600+ horse & buggy Amish and Mennonite neighbors who all have farms too. They are/were tax clients..

I’m not concerned.

Hey meathead, there are a lot of people in power who have a false hope that such equipment can keep restive populations in mind but a study of history proves otherwise. The Sattelite thing was an example of many things that can be done in a civil war.

Do the rantings of the hoi polloi bother you, meathead?

South Carolina GAVE the feds Sumter decades before the Fire-eaters started agitating. It was federal property and was attacked by the “Confederate” forces under Beauregard. South Carolina gave up any legitimate claim to that property.

The Declaration had nothing to do with this and certainly did not justify acts of war against it (or any but ludicrous claims of ownership). British ownership of its forts predated the independence of the United States. Ownership was established by the Peace Treaty and Britain never claimed ownership thereafter even considering their slow surrender.

Our Military, Intelligence, and God only knows who else would get involved, is another matter altogether.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The military would protect their families first and would be on the side that gave their families the most security.
The police won’t help us. Look at Portland and other cities where they just stand idle while conservatives were attacked by ANTIFA.
