And honest, even if they dedicated it to Sandra Day O’Connor, i’d still think they lost their minds.

Beer has even been made with Rice, Sweet Potatoes, and Beets. I have no problem with Corn Beer, or corn in Beer. The source of the sugar doesn’t change the biological chemistry behind the process. It’s Grape Syrup that can really mess you up... lol

Drink German beer! You know it.
Yuck...no beer. Whisky. Craft Bourbons, Scotch... Johnny Walker Black or one of the 20+ year old single malts.

Miller/Coors uses corn syrup
Bud uses rice syrup
Both are sugar that is devoured by yeast yielding CO2 and alcohol without adding flavor to the beer.
They both use barley malt sugars for flavor and alcohol content in all of their beers.
Yeast eating sugar is the basis for all alcoholic beverages. So Miller/Coors is correct. The Bud Light thing is a gimmick to fool ignorant consumers into favoring one over the other.

My fraternity bought Busch beer and kept it on tap 24/7. Hated it.
Because of Busch, I thought I hated beer in general.
Then someone bought me a St. Pauli Girl...

I don’t drink much beer any more, because it has a lot of carbs and is fattening. The main beer I drink is Miller Lite. Of the “almost” beers, I like it the best, and only Michelob Ultra has fewer carbs (but no taste).

Coors was the beer of choice in my youth.
Now, if I drink beer at all, it’s Rolling Rock,
just because I have some. When that’s gone,
we’re done with beer.

So? Budweiser uses rice. Blech. Not beer. A malt beverage at best.

I drink only beer made with water...I quit drinking water when I found out that fish screw in it.
Beer brewing cleans it up enough to drink...just as in olden days.
And as for beer...I quit drinking when they invented the funnel.

Corn syrup or not, I’ll still enjoy a Coors Light when I want my bottle of water to have a hint of flavor and carbonation.
