(Feb. 4, 2019) — On January 21, U.S. Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) officially announced her intent to seek the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination in a much-anticipated television appearance following initial reports and speculation that she would run.
As was the case with Barack Hussein Obama, the media has not questioned whether or not Harris is constitutionally eligible to hold the office.

Why some FReepers remain fixated on the NBC issue is a mystery.
God knows our founding fathers didn’t understand it in the first place. And Amendments and court cases throughout our history have failed to clarify this matter. So it’s irrelevant.
That’s a good point.
Royalty would be voting for someone purely because of who their parents were. (It can be argued that this country put George W. Bush in office primarily because of warm sentiments held towards his father.)
I can think of countless reasons I would never support Ivanka for President and I can think of many reasons that I would support Don Jr. None of these reasons have anything to do with who their parents are.

I think 6 times someone tried to go to the USSC and 6 times the court refused the case.
I wrote to the Cal Sec of State to ask for his birth certificate. No response. The Cal SOS in the past had asked for Eldridge Cleaver’s BC and when they got it he was not allowed on the ballot for being too young.

Actual NBC eligibility is pretty well defined by the framers in their other writings i.e. two citizen born parents and born in the USA. With the Congress enthusiastically giving a pass to McCain and implicitly to Cruz and Rubio so that Hussein could run, that has been Amemded outside of the Constutional process and thus invalidates the Constitution altogether as it can be amended by lawmakers’ whims.
