As far as his race/ethnicity, his father was Filipino & his mother Italian:

That seems to be sufficient for the press generally to call him a Native American. Why they would do that I don't know unless Indians have been trending Republican in their voting habits.

Exactly. There’s enough lying and misinformation being spewed out there by the left, we don’t need to be accused of the same thing.

They may be two different pics and the light one probably had better light source for the pic but they still could have lightened it and it wouldn’t surprise me. These are the same people who put Trump through a filter to make him look orange. They can even do it with live video.
But yeah, two different pics isn’t much good as proof. There is a way to inspect a jpg to see if it’s been manipulated, unless they strip the exif and meta data.
The lighter skin version was the first pic released.
In one of the early threads, I posted it from a UK website.
That darker skin version looks more photoshopped.
Both versions just do not look right. IIRC, the lighter version came from his mug shot from a previous arrest.
