Snip & Sketch does not seem to be installed.

Other programs, like Paint 3D, are programs that I use. I just used Paint 3D tonight.

Shortly after Win10 came out, I got Start10 by Stardock. You can get it working and looking a lot like Win7. I think it was $5. Best $5 software I ever bought. It's on sale now for a whopping $2.49. I'm still using it.

Do I REALLY need the over-200 “services” that start up?

Is there a list somewhere of only what is required so that it doesn’t take my machine 4 minutes to boot?

And WHY when I go to “startup” to see what’s supposed to load there are only a few things, but there are still over 200 services? What’s that all about?
