you are right! But if she exposed to Washington Post or Building / Housing Dept. in Palo Alto, then she’s sunk ... she also backtracked on WP saying she didn’t remember (weeks later) whether she’d given a copy to WP or provided a summary. My guess + inference is that she’d given a copy to WP (for “proof” as WP said they reviewed) and was trying to deny / cover up.
2 main things I notice about Trump’s stump speeches (in stark contrast to the previous WH occupant):
1. Trump talks about WE and US, not I, me, my.
2. The previous occupant gave speeches full of empty promises that he broke. Trump talks about actual accomplishments and promises kept.
Don’t give me credit. I stole it.

LGs status would depend if recalled to active or reserve duty. When recalled one is put on orders, Title 10 (US code) for active duty or Title 32 for NG or Reserve. Traditional guardsmen or reservists could be weekend or part time warriors or could be on continuous orders.
If not on Active Duty orders LG is still a civilian except when specifically on orders.
