Its not that simple. I think that the Electoral college confirmed him, and congress accepted the election. So hes pretty much President. If we’re lucky we’ll find out he was actually born in Canada, not Kenya, and he would be our 2nd American-Canadian president of the United States.

IIRC, they changed the wording on it. The normal wording says that the signer swears the candidate is eligible for the office of Pres. The one she signed removed those words and just said that she was officially putting forth his nomination. That was the gist of it, as I recall.
I think Rachel Brand, we knew that name was coming back into play at some point.

The fact that they changed the wording tells me they ALL KNEW exactly what they were doing. I find it laughable that they thought that by fudging the wording it would keep them out of any legal trouble.
