Its not that simple. I think that the Electoral college confirmed him, and congress accepted the election. So hes pretty much President. If we’re lucky we’ll find out he was actually born in Canada, not Kenya, and he would be our 2nd American-Canadian president of the United States.
We shall see, the condition of the placement before the Electoral college it would seems is a gateway to validation that came from The Speaker of the House attesting to all the necessary credentials being in order. If she knowingly provided false evidence then they were duped and the whole process falls in on itself
