Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is something of a hero of the left. And unlike her colleague Anthony Kennedy, who recently announced his retirement and gave Donald Trump the chance to appoint a new Supreme Court Justice, Ginsburg says she's going nowhere fast.

Many are breathing a sigh of relief at Ginsburg's assurance that she wants to stay on the Supreme Court. Liberals are afraid that Trump's pick to replace Justice Kennedy, Brett Kavanaugh, will tilt the highest court in the land heavily conservative.

If Ginsburg were to give up her seat, the court would only have Barack Obama-appointed Justices Sonya Sotomayor and Elena Kagan, and Bill Clinton-appointed Justice Stephen Breyer, coming down on the more liberal side of issues. Trump would be able to nominate another Justice. If she remains for another 5 years, however, she could outlast Donald Trump's administration, especially if he does not win reelection in 2020.

The Constitution does not say anywhere that a woman has the right to kill her unborn child.
The Constitution does not say that homosexuals can redefine marriage and make the rest of US comply.
The courts did that.

The Constitution does say that the people’s right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Those rights are infringed regularly by the courts.

The Constitution does say that Obama cannot be President.
This was squelched by the courts, apparently the citizens do not have standing to stand for the Constitution.

Because she is a liberal who legislates from the bench. Right now the SC tilts slightly right of center. If she dies, it will be a decidedly right leaning court with a solid 6-4 on most decisions and 6-3 on many more. Very few decisions will be in favor of liberals.

Bruises from peripheral iv starts in the dorsum of her right hand, or tissue tears from dehydrated paper thin skin (a lot of very old people have tissue paper skin, especially women.)
