More than 1 in 10 Americans have “done the business” at their business, according to a new survey.
A new study of 2,000 people found that 14 percent of those polled have actually had sex at their place of work.
And these risky respondents don’t always get away with it: Of those who’ve had sex at work, 1 in 5 have been caught in the act (19 percent).
The new survey, conducted by sex toy store EdenFantasys, looked at when work and romance interlink and found that while some have done the deed at their place of work, as many as 44 percent of Americans have had a full-fledged workplace romance.
Crushing on co-workers is complicated, and it’s often a bad idea, but the results of the study unveiled many positives.
An office romance can be great for company morale, as 92 percent of those who’ve had one reported that it made them more excited to come to work.
It can also be great for business, with over half of those who’ve had an office romance saying it actually made them more productive at work.

Happened at a retail chain where I worked years ago.
A truck driver trying to make his delivery walked in and caught the store manager and one of his cashiers doing it on top of a pallet of dog food in the stock room.
They both got canned. News of this swept through the other stores like wildfire.
About a month later I was at corporate HQ for meetings when the CEO addressed this incident in front of the audience.
“Oh, yes, and one more thing. Having sex inside the store, either during or after business hours. We take a very dim view of this.”

I had a private office in a brand new building. Never worried about “contamination.” Ha ha.
I’ve worked in other companies where everyone was getting some out of the office. That place was a snake pit.

I got a job in bank operations at one point.
The only place that wasn’t under security cams was inside the bathroom stalls.
It was actually a little unnerving how they watched everyone. All the time.
Believe it or not, our CIO was in the next stall! I had to take his word for it.
But that kind of ‘sex’ isn’t ‘sex’, right?.............
Sounds like the US government only they’re screwing the taxpayaers, ya think?
