The Q researchers known as "autists" believe that the paper under the pen shown in Q drop #601 has a line of text under the letterhead. It's hard to read because the paper is face down on the desk. But the "autists" have analyzed the image and believe it reads as follows:

For those who believe the Q drops are authentic, note that "autists" were President Trump's first choice when deciding where Q would post. They are not autistic, but they are remarkably gifted in their obsessive ability to solve puzzles and piece together clues. Below is the image as posted in Q drop #601.

Unless its a spy pen. I actually have one. It writes. It also takes 4 hrs of 1080 video and audio from your pocket. Mine is an older model. Newer ones are much much better. Unless you unscrew the body from the base you would NEVER know it is a cam. Has come in very handy a time or two. ;-) BTW, that looks a LOT like my spy pen. All the electronics are in the top portion. It takes a micro SD card.

I don’t think there is a thumbprint on the pen—The pen is likely constructed from carbon fiber, or there is some “weave” pattern on the surface.

I’ve learned this is not a good place to try to break any news. This is a place to mull over what is so obvious and blatant that even CNN is stuck reporting it.
There are some really good posters here. And some that are not so good. The good ones engage with the content and arguments. The bad just blow smoke.
Hint: when Flynn came in, before the sting, in Jan. 2017, he quickly got two aides top security clearance. As I recall it was granted for two years. Then MK sacrificed himself for the country to expose thisess and lay the trap for the slimeballs. Those other folks are still somewhere doing good works I’m sure ;)
