The presumption can only be rebutted with the outlet providing clear and convincing evidence they are not lying.

Now. Having said this - again. I will concede that this report here may be Fake News. It may or may not be true at all.
But it adds to my concern that Bannon is not to be trusted.
Bannon should issue a correction today.
He’s already lost a lot of steam with the Alabama loss (stolen election).
A spat with Don Jr. over a fake news story doesn’t help his cause.
Hasn’t it been proven that the “Russian” woman Don Jr. met with as actually a Ukrainian who worked for Fusion GPS (DNC)?
