Teen Vogue columnist ‘not at all concerned’ about innocent men and false harassment allegations

Emily Lindin ✔ @EmilyLindin Here's an unpopular opinion: I'm actually not at all concerned about innocent men losing their jobs over false sexual assault/harassment allegations.

Emily Lindin ✔ @EmilyLindin First, false allegations VERY rarely happen, so even bringing it up borders on a derailment tactic. It's a microscopic risk in comparison to the issue at hand (worldwide, systemic oppression of half the population). 2:46 PM - Nov 21, 2017 1,196 1,196 Replies 165 165 Retweets 735 735 likes

What’s rare are the actual incidents of “oppression.”. Getting wolf-whistled or complimented is not an act of aggression, no matter how much the man-hater snowflakes want to pretend it is.

Go to the Instapundit blog (U of Tennessee Law School prof Glenn Reynolds) and look for the postings with titles "Teach Women Not To Rape" or similar: lotsa 20-ish high school teachers screwing their students silly. Most of the teachers being married.

Used to go in bars, and clubs, and women would touch my butt, and there was not a problem, also men did the same to women too, not a problem.

Today just looking at a woman, and saying that perfume smells nice is now sexual harassment.
Well these snowflake women take a flying leap.

If some innocent men's reputations have to take a hit in the process of undoing the patriarchy, that is a price I am absolutely willing to pay.

Typical Lib. Let someone else pay for what they want.

That's because you're not paying it, Emily dear.

Many women use false accusations to get at men. Many men are accused by angry soon to be ex wives of child molestation in custody suits.

It is a fact of life.

Woman are fully capable of lying and they better bring proof if they don’t report immediately after an incident.

I am a woman and I support people not just women.

It isn’t just money either. Loss of reputation and job are about everything to a person trying to make a life. This witch has no problem doing that to a guy over false accusations.

I have three sons and this makes my blood boil.

She's a nitwit, but what would one expect in the pages of Teen Vogue? What happened, no gossip to report about the Jenner sisters? Thanks grey_whiskers.

The average entry level feminist woman truly believes she is striving for equality but the modern feminist movement has nothing to do with equality; It’s a Marxist first world female supremacy movement. Oh, they can chant “equality” until the cows come home but at the end of the day for what are they actually striving? Look closely at their arguments - they always boil down to creating a Utopia where women bear no personal responsibility for their choices, experience no negative consequences for their actions, and where every man is treated as a potential rapist.

Modern feminist women don't want to be treated the same as men; They want to be treated as better than men. And modern feminist men just want to sleep with modern feminist women.

“And Emily, before you ask (34-year old Harvard grad)”

So she would have been born in a year in which Culture Club and Michael Jackson and Duran Duran and David Bowie and Laura Branigan and Lionel Richie would have had songs on the pop charts and you would have been watching Knight Rider or St Elsewhere or Solid Gold or Remington Steele or America’s Top Ten (with Casey Kasem), lol.

Make no mistake. This Emily person would prefer all consevatives be led to some gruesome torture and death. That’s how morally superior she believes she is. This is not an exaggeration.

Funny that twitchy is up in arms about this tweet... but is still cheerleading for #abortionjones against Judge Moore... a man at this point appears to be clearly a victim of false, fabricated allegations.

Agreed. That’s been happening for longer than people care to admit. I’m waiting for the accounts of women in positions of power - women like Hillary Clinton to start hitting the news.

For example, back during the Clinton administration, I worked closely with federal law enforcement and attended a lot of LE conferences. At one chiefs’ conference, I had a lengthy conversation with the sheriff of Dade County, Florida, who recounted tales of Janet Reno aggressively pursuing young women working for the DA’s office, the Sheriff’s Department and other county offices. He told me - quite directly - that they considered Janet Reno a “predatory lesbian”. I’m quite sure she’s NOT the only one...

So I am sure she wants justice for Juanita.

But does she want a noose for Tawana Brawley?

Yes, we are going to care.

When you find out who influences young minds, it’s also important to find out what they believe.

Even Jake Tapper called her out.
