Want to serve food or operate rides at Kentucky's new Noah's Ark attraction? Then you must first pledge your Christianity. The theme park will be searching for 300 to 400 workers to fill food service, ticketing and other theme park-related positions at the 510-foot long Ark Encounter before it opens in July. Ken Ham, founder of the ministry Answers in Genesis, says employees will be required to sign a statement saying they're Christian and 'profess Christ as their savior'.

Seems more fitting for Pigeon Forge, TN. Put it right next to the Titanic Experience.

Good move. This prevents them from having to hire flamers or transgenders who would distract from the message of the attraction.

I don’t think this will stand up to a lawsuit because it discriminates on the basis of religion.

Such non-discrimination laws are flatly unconstitutional.

To obey such a law means Christian organizations would have to hire open satanists and witches.

Good, this will separate the wheat from the tares, believers from the atheists, evolutionists, pagans, postmoderns, leftists, and libertarians.

Noah’s Ark didn’t have any of those types aboard, believers only.

How’s that any different in principle than requiring employees to go along with genderless bathroom laws, “gay marriage”, prenatal infanticide, and other sacred cows of the totalitarian globalists?

I’ve been to the museum. It’s a religious outreach. They should be permitted to hire those they wish to hire.

Such laws are indeed flatly unconstitutional, but the Supreme Court, aka Supreme Legislature, disagrees. Freedom of association, freedom of religion, and private property rights were lost long ago, all in the cause of ending discrimination.

A leftist would probably say that’s a good thing. In practice, it pretty much works only one way, because what Christian wants to work in immoral places, like gay bars? Homosexuals, on the other hand, seem irrationallly drawn to church. Maybe they think that if they infiltrate enough, they can force God to change His mind about sexual perversion?

Uh..It’s in the article.

U.S. District Judge Greg Van Tatenhove ruled that an exemption to the 1964 Civil Rights Act allows the group to have a religious requirement for employment.
The case stemmed from Answers in Genesis seeking a tourism sales tax rebate, estimated to be worth up to $18million.

It is a theme park promoting religion. Hiring anyone else would be akin to the United Nations hiring someone who believed in American sovereignty and exceptionalism. When is that going to happen?

It is a Christian operation, run by a Christian, non-profit ministry. And it has been under attack by the secular Satanists ever since inception. They should only hire those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their savior. They have a message of salvation and hope to deliver, and that cannot be done by someone who is not already saved and who does not believe in Jesus Christ as their personal savior. May God be with them.
