Such laws are indeed flatly unconstitutional, but the Supreme Court, aka Supreme Legislature, disagrees. Freedom of association, freedom of religion, and private property rights were lost long ago, all in the cause of ending discrimination.
A leftist would probably say that’s a good thing. In practice, it pretty much works only one way, because what Christian wants to work in immoral places, like gay bars? Homosexuals, on the other hand, seem irrationallly drawn to church. Maybe they think that if they infiltrate enough, they can force God to change His mind about sexual perversion?

They don’t really care what God thinks, and they are not worried about the coming judgement on themselves. They want to infect the Church to make it ineffective so as to bring as many damned as possible along with them.
It’s a war of supernatural principalities where humans are mere foot soldiers.
