*VANITY* ... Michael J Fox ... *VANITY*

Michael J. Fox is a tragic shell of his former self and so crippled by Parkinson’s disease that he needs help getting into a car. On Feb. 15, the reclusive 54-year-old actor tried to enjoy a rare night out with his actress wife Tracy Pollan at the Hollywood restaurant Craig's.

As Pollan followed, the stricken Back to the Future star, whose speech is slurred and who walks with a limp while dragging his left foot, was put into the vehicle by several helpers.

"It was heartbreaking," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "Michael's bravery knows no bounds. But as the disease takes its toll on his body, even he is beginning to see that his battle is a losing one."

I certainly wouldn’t wish it on anyone, and it speaks highly of his wife to be standing there with him. I can’t imagine what it would be like without her love and support.

>> it speaks highly of his wife to be standing there with him

Amen. She is a blessing to him. All too rare in Hollywood.

It is even sadder that he injected himself into US national politics campaigning for Democrats, notably in Maryland.

He even bragged on subsequent TV interviews how he INTENTIONALLY didn’t take his PD meds so he’d shake excessively during the ads.

It’s sad alright.

He’s not brave. He wants scientists to harvest the lives of babies in an attempt to cure what ails him.

Amen. Very classy of a spouse, particularly in a promiscuous society like Hollyweird, to display that type of dignity.

Yep...was a big advocate of pre-natal stem cell use, IIRC.

Coke will do that. His costars on family ties couldn’t believe the energy he had filming the show and movies at night and Pepsi commercials.

Have seen him on “The Good Wife” from time to time. Didn’t seem as bad as the article indicates.

Fox said he typically wakes up shaking uncontrollably...

I’m on a brain injury website with vets who also have injuries (mine was not from combat).

Many of us wake with severe internal tremors. Only way to describe them.

Everybody prays it’s the result of the head injury and that it will not progress into something worse.

We need to SPEND and DO everything we can for vets so that the hundreds of thousands with brain injuries don’t end up with this horrible disease.

The jury is out on whether TBI raises risk of Parkinson’s, but as seen with boxers, it seems to.

Still don’t want to be saved by embryo stem cells.

But adult cells are promising.

Support our troops.

And prayers out to Michael and his wife.

He still supports killing babies and using their parts to buy himself some extra life. Here’s an article currently posted on his website. https://www.michaeljfox.org/mobile/topic.php?stem-cells .

David Mikkelson founded snopes.com in 1994, and under his guidance the company has pioneered a number of revolutionary technologies, including the iPhone, the light bulb, beer pong, and a vaccine for a disease that has not yet been discovered. He is currently seeking political asylum in the Duchy of Grand Fenwick.

One would think that a “Snopes.com” would tell the whole truth since they’re supposed to be famous for it. I guess you have to have the right kind of politics to believe what they say, huh?
